Kixy Ltd is not a bank. Funds received from customers in connection with the execution of payment transactions are not deposits and are not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
Where Kixy Ltd receives relevant funds in connection with the execution of payment transactions, those funds are handled separately from Kixy Ltd’s own funds and, where applicable, safeguarded in accordance with Regulation 23 of the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and applicable FCA rules and guidance.
Use of Kixy’s services is subject to eligibility requirements. Individual applicants must be aged 18 or over and be residents of the United Kingdom. Legal entities must be registered or incorporated in the United Kingdom. All services are conditional upon successful checks for identity, residency, fraud, sanctions, and compliance in accordance with applicable law and Kixy’s internal policies.

Canada
Kixy Services Inc. is a corporation registered in Canada, with its mailing address at 6087 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario, M2M 3W2, Canada, and its head office at 317-642 Rue de Courcelle, Montreal, Quebec, H4C 3C5, Canada.
Kixy Services Inc. is registered with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada as a Money Services Business, with MSB registration number M21855906. Registration with FINTRAC does not constitute endorsement, licensing, or approval by FINTRAC.
Kixy Services Inc. is registered with the Bank of Canada as a Payment Service Provider under the Retail Payment Activities Act, SC 2021, c 23, with entity ID RPS0002669, effective from 19 December 2025.
In accordance with that registration, Kixy Services Inc. is registered to perform the following payment functions:
- the provision or maintenance of an account held on behalf of one or more end users in relation to an electronic funds transfer;
- the holding of funds on behalf of an end user until such funds are withdrawn by the end user or transferred to another individual or entity;
- the initiation of an electronic funds transfer at the request of an end user; and
- the authorisation, transmission, reception, or facilitation of an instruction in relation to an electronic funds transfer.
Kixy Services Inc.’s registration may be verified on the Bank of Canada’s public Registry of Payment Service Providers.
Use of Kixy’s services is subject to eligibility requirements. Individual applicants must be aged 18 years or over. All services are conditional upon successful identity verification, sanctions screening, fraud checks, and other compliance checks in accordance with applicable Canadian anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing legislation, including the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act, SC 2000, c 17, and Kixy’s internal policies.
